Hi! My name is Tanya Tweed and I would love to help you build long-term, sustainable, healthy eating habits that help you meet your goals and improve your relationship with food.
I have a master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University and 9 years of experience as a Dietitian. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse population in different settings including hospital, rehabilitation, and outpatient facilities helping clients manage chronic conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, gastrointestinal illnesses, assisting individuals with trauma and brain injury, eating disorders, home tube feedings, and many people who would like to improve their overall health and wellness.
Nutrition is not one size fits all. I specialize in creating personal and individualized plans tailored to meet your specific needs, situation, and preferences. There is a lot of conflicting nutrition information out there and my goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you sort through it all.
I enjoy being outdoors hiking, running, and staying active. I also enjoy weightlifting, camping, cooking, and baking.
