Hello! My name is Tara, and I am a registered dietitian with 20 years of experience dedicated to helping clients achieve their nutritional goals and improve their overall health. I believe wholeheartedly in the adage that "food is medicine," and I am passionate about guiding my clients on their journey to better health through personalized nutrition plans and compassionate support.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Nutritional Sciences—Go Badgers! I then completed my dietetic internship at Central Michigan University, which provided me with a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and a diverse set of skills to support a wide range of client needs.
For the first 10 years of my career, I practiced clinically in hospital settings, where I developed a deep understanding of nutrition support and infant nutrition. My experiences in the clinical setting have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to address various nutritional concerns and conditions.
