I'm Taylor Kasoff, a registered dietitian nutritionist. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland-College Park in Dietetics. I was also a member of the club field hockey team and a barista at a local coffee shop. Following my undergraduate studies, I completed my dietetic internship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Downtown Baltimore.
Starting my career as an inpatient dietitian, I primarily worked with adults and some children. However, my curiosity grew in the evolving world of pediatric nutrition. There are always new treatments, diagnoses, and products to learn about.
I have had the opportunity to work alongside a variety of specialty health providers that appreciate the role a dietitian plays in their patients' care. I enjoy working with a variety of GI conditions: EOE, FPIES, IBD, IBS, CSID, Celiac Disease, poor weight gain in infancy/early childhood, excessive weight gain, constipation, picky eating, and patients fed via G/J-tube. Furthermore, I have a passion for empowering those affected by diabetes, high cholesterol, or high triglycerides through individualized nutrition care.
Establishing this practice was driven by a desire to bridge the gap for those who have received vague dietary recommendations. My goal as the clinician is to support my clients and their caregivers, navigating providers' recommendations while addressing their own concerns.
I am committed to working alongside my clients on their journey toward improved health and reaching their goals.
