Hey there! I’m Taylor North, a registered dietitian based out of Dallas, Texas passionate about helping people heal and thrive through nutrition. My passion for nutrition started in high school on medical trips to Uganda. I worked in malnutrition clinics where I saw firsthand how food can transform and heal lives. This experience led me to earn a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Arkansas, followed by a Master of Public Health from Samford University.
I have experience in a variety of nutrition settings, including eating disorder treatment, WIC, diabetes counseling, and clinical nutrition in hospitals. Currently, I work at UT Southwestern, where I support patients with oncology, GI disorders, kidney and liver health, heart health, prenatal nutrition, POTS, MCAS, and eating disorders. I help clients navigate everything from pregnancy and postpartum health to chronic conditions and developing a balanced relationship with food.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized. Whether you are looking to manage a medical condition, support a healthy pregnancy, or heal your relationship with food, I’m here to provide guidance that’s realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your unique needs.
I am excited to work together to create a plan that empowers you to feel your best—without guilt, stress, or confusion!
