Theresa Page, RD

Theresa Page is a Faith-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with nearly two decades of experience in client-facing roles in missionary/sales of health books and other literature. She has earned numerous awards for her achievements. She is also a certified Medical Missionary. She has a “Food As Medicine” approach to nutrition care. She also delivers “whole person” care, which means you can expect to be seen, heard, and celebrated. You will be educated on how to nourish your mind, body, and Spirit with whole foods. 

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition - Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She completed her internship at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.

The time she invested in serving as a Medical Missionary brings a uniqueness to her ability to be compassionate, empathetic, and connect/relate to her clients.

Her specialties include weight loss/management, prediabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, vegan/vegetarian, and general wellness.

Modalities: accountability, Motivational interviewing, Mind-body connection, functional, holistic, non-diet, and plant-based.

Her motivation to become a dietitian comes from experiencing the loss of both parents due to colon cancer. When her parents’ doctor told them that their diet had no association with their disease, she knew that wasn’t true. So, she decided to gain knowledge about nutrition so that she could help as many people as she could prevent and fight nutrition-related diseases. She wants people to know that eating healthy is easy, fun, and delicious! You can add years to your life and life to your years!

When not working, Theresa enjoys reading inspiring, motivational literature and listening to positive, inspirational, uplifting music. She enjoys exercising, dancing, and spending time with her family.
