Drawing on my experience as a Medical Specialist Corps Officer in the U.S. Army, where I served as a Community and Outpatient Nutrition Dietitian, I bring a structured yet compassionate perspective to my work. My training at Brooke Army Medical Center, a Level I trauma center, taught me the importance of tailored, evidence-based nutrition education and counseling, especially for those facing unique challenges.
Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences at Baylor University, I continuously seek to deepen my knowledge and understanding of nutrition's role in overall health. I also participate in a weekly A Course in Miracles study group, which enriches my practice with principles of love and forgiveness.
From a place of Presence and Peace, I collaborate with clients to create personalized nutrition plans that align with their individual goals and values, fostering a supportive environment for lasting change and growth.
