Background

As a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian for 7 years, I specialize in helping individuals build a healthy and balanced relationship with food. I believe nourishing your body doesn’t mean restricting or labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” but instead creating a balanced, flexible approach to eating that fits your unique lifestyle and health goals.

I have experience in weight management and have worked with clients facing various health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, end-stage renal disease, heart disease, and hyperlipidemia, to name a few. As a former athlete and professional dancer in the NBA, I’ve experienced the pressures of following restrictive diets, which led to disordered eating. Overcoming an eating disorder of my own has shaped my approach to nutrition, and after years of studying and reflecting on my journey, I firmly believe that ALL foods can be incorporated into a healthy, balanced diet.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy taking dance classes, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending quality time with my family and dogs. A fun fact about me: I love a good salad and French fries combo… after all, it’s all about b a l a n c e.

Whether you're managing chronic health conditions, improving your relationship with food, or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I work with individuals ready to embrace a life free from food restrictions, focusing on positive eating habits. Together, we'll create a plan that helps you enjoy food while achieving your health goals.

If you’re looking for a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore balanced eating and healthier habits, I’d love to help you on your journey.
