Hi, I’m Tonia—a registered dietitian, certified health coach, yoga teacher, and fitness professional with over 25 years of experience in public health, wellness education, and personalized nutrition. My approach is all about empowering you to reclaim your health, develop a positive relationship with food, and build habits that support long-term vitality.

In our sessions, you can expect compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, navigating midlife body changes, or exploring GLP-1 medications for weight loss support, I’ll meet you where you are—with empathy, structure, and accountability.

I work primarily with women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond who are ready to shift from burnout to balance. My specialties include sustainable weight management, GLP-1 lifestyle and nutrition support, fitness and performance nutrition, plant-forward eating, and mindset coaching. I’m especially passionate about helping women reimagine what health can look and feel like in this season of life.

I hold a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati. I’m also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), E-RYT500 yoga teacher, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Reiki Master. This diverse background allows me to support clients not only nutritionally, but holistically—through movement, mindfulness, and behavior change.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me lifting weights, flowing through a hot yoga class, or taking a mindful walk outdoors. I know firsthand what it takes to make lasting change—and I love helping others discover what’s possible for them.
