Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I primarily serve marginalized communities with the following intersections: BIPOC, neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, and what is clinically known as “eating disorders/disordered eating.” I think of them as feeding and eating challenges. Most of my clients are adults with one or all of these intersected identities.
Nutrition therapy with me is trauma-sensitive, person-centered, collaborative, weight-inclusive, and always at your pace. It is also rooted in an anti-oppressive, social justice, harm reduction framework; it has to be to uplift those most impacted.
I know for a fact that I am no expert on your life. I’m also not here to tell you what to do. Nor do I know it all; I absolutely do not know it all. I strive to support you in rediscovering your inner mind-body wisdom through client-led embodiment approaches, without judgment. I’m also an active lister who has probably a million follow-up questions not intended to labor you; but because I genuinely want to hear your voice, your story, and understand how your brain works. When you are ready and want to, we can then lean on those strengths through supported experiments. Working with me is deeply relational… and I look forward to connecting with you soon!
