Victoria Martin, RD

My name is Victoria, and I am a Registered Dietitian. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I completed my internship with Sodexo Distance Internship with an emphasis in Clinical nutrition and Wellness. I have 3 years of experience working with clients and patients with a wide variety of nutrition concerns in both hospitals and outpatient settings.

I became interested in nutrition as a new mom that was struggling to breast feed in a fast-paced corporate environment that didn’t allow much time for me to pump milk. I learned all that I could about breastfeeding and my search for knowledge would turn into a love for nutrition and food. It would also grow into a dream for helping others achieve their nutrition goals through wellness, education and disease prevention.

A fun fact about me is, as a young girl my family owned horses, dogs, cats, goats, chickens and many other animals and they were a big part of my childhood. I only have a dog now, but you will find her with me on my daily walks!

From my own experience, I understand that all change comes from within! Small changes made consistently over time can equal big results.
