Background

Thanks for clicking!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, author, and proud mom of three spirited boys (twins plus one). With degrees in World Religions and Nutrition & Dietetics from Arizona State University, I blend cultural insight with a joyful, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition. Known for my mischievous creativity—especially when it ends in something tasty—I’m the founder of Toddler Test Kitchen™, host of Nap Time Nutrition, and an engaging speaker across media platforms. I’m a triple-threat both on the stage and in the neurodivergent diagnostic criteria! My ultimate dream is to promote intercultural, weight-neutral, and progressive conversations that expand how dietitians approach science, inclusivity, and compassionate care.

I find joy in capturing Arizona’s natural beauty through my camera lens, often exploring my neighborhood with a camera in one hand and a podcast in the other.

In our sessions, you can expect to laugh, learn, and walk away with practical, actionable guidance—advice you're actually excited to implement. I use a variety of educational tools, from conversation to cooking, to help you feel supported and empowered.

My journey into parenthood was anything but smooth. After navigating infertility, fertility treatment, and the challenges of raising twins with tongue tie, sleep issues, food allergies, and colic, I channeled my experience into research and practice. That was nearly 12 years ago, and since then, I’ve pursued extensive training in early childhood nutrition, neurodiversity, eating disorders, and the ways these areas intersect.

I’m passionate about helping new parents feel confident in their decisions and supporting young children as they discover and enjoy new foods—through creativity, patience, and play.
