Background
Since 2018 I have been working with people on improving their understanding of nutrition. I completed my undergraduate degree at San Diego State University and continued my post-bach and nutrition internship at Central Wa University.
After becoming a dietitian I have continued to attend annual educations with a focus on whole food antinflammatory foods and healing the body from the inside out. Additionally I have completed an adult and pediatric obesity medicine certification.
