I have worked as a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years. I am also the busy Mom of 4 children ranging in age from 9 to 17 years old.
I have experience in a variety of clinical settings, but my passion is helping others with weight management and eating disorders.
I am Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and currently hold active Dietetic Licenses is the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and Illinois.
I earned a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama
