Hi! I have been a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist 20+ years. My passion is caring for people with Diabetes to teach them how to live healthy and enjoy life while managing a chronic condition. And I know diabetes tech such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors!
I also have deep experience with weight loss, prediabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. I promote nourishing the body with high quality whole foods and creating a healthy gut to improve health and decrease risk of chronic diseases.
I am originally from South Louisiana but currently live in Central Mississippi. I am a wife and mom to 3 boys aged toddler to teenager! We live on 10 acres with 2 dogs and 5 chickens. One day, I aspire to be good at growing a garden.
