Hi, I'm Emily! Registered Dietitian and millennial mom of 3. Over the past 17 years I have worked with hundreds of women who have tried so many things on their own but finally realized they need help. Women's health can be so complex - we're just not taught about how our bodies function or how they start to change as we age.
I've worked with hundreds of women with health issues specific to women, and I am even more convinced now than ever that nutrition is so powerful. PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, fertility, pre and post natal nutrition - nutrition impacts it all!
When I hit perimenopause, I had no idea what was happening to my body. But once I discovered what perimenopause was and how it effected my body, everything started to make sense. So I made some simple, yet powerful changes with nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle, and I was so happy when I started to feel like myself again 💚

My approach is to focus on small, sustainable changes one at a time. Where people often get stuck is that they try to do too much at once. But I have seen over and over again that small changes done consistently is what adds up to the most meaningful results.
