I have a deep passion for food, medicine, and helping people. My journey began with the goal of becoming a nutrition doctor in China, so after completing medical school there, I moved to the USA to further my education in nutrition. Although my plans changed when I met my husband and decided to stay, my commitment to supporting others remains steadfast. I’m eager to learn about your goals and collaborate with you to achieve them. Along the way, I’ll be your cheerleader and offer evidence-based advice to help you succeed.
