Hi, I’m Heidi!
I believe food should be something you enjoy, not something to fear. My journey started as an overwhelmed college student who struggled with overindulgence, and over time, I learned that food can be our friend, not our enemy.
I became a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), holding a Master of Science degree in Nutrition. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in hospitals, clinics, developing school wellness programs, and nutrition programs for camps. I work with all ages, from infants to seniors, and specialize in helping individuals build healthier relationships with food through a non-restrictive, intuitive approach. No guilt, no overwhelming rules—just simple strategies to help you listen to your body and create sustainable habits.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m enjoying stress-free self-care, cooking (though I’ll admit, I tend to wing it!), weight training, and spending time with family, friends, and my elder Chiweenie dog. These activities help me maintain a balanced lifestyle, which is key to staying grounded and bringing my best self to my clients.
