Background
I’m a mom, wife, enneagram 3, and love any opportunity for DIY home projects. I have a BS in Dietetics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University, and I’m a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor.
With a foundational belief that no system in your body works in isolation, I work with individuals on addressing the root causes of their weight loss resistance and/or PCOS symptoms with a mind-body approach to see that weight loss becomes easier and that many of their PCOS symptoms improve or resolve entirely With empathy, integrity, and authenticity being a few of my core values, we leave our egos at the door as we establish a dynamic partnership for your health journey
