With a master’s degree in nutrition and nearly a decade of experience as a dietitian and certified personal trainer, I’m well versed in coaching and empowering clients to achieve optimal results.
My mission is to help people like you to reclaim their health, confidence, and become the master of their own bodies. I am committed to help my clients take their life back into their control through a balanced healthy lifestyle. I value listening closely to my clients and working collaboratively so we decide together the best path to achieve long-term results. You deserve to feel validated, seen, and supported. I believe achieving your health goals should be as fun and enjoyable as possible. It’s about making gradual sustainable changes to your current lifestyle, not taking away the foods and activities you love. My specialties include weight loss, muscle gain, oncology, eating disorders & disordered eating.
