Klemens Ast, RD

Hello, there. My name is Klemens Ast. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has served in the nutrition field for 12 years.

I began as a clinical dietitian serving a multitude of patients suffering from a variety of chronic and/or acute illnesses. I paired the in-hospital work with outpatient counseling specializing in weight loss, diabetes, bariatric surgery, and cardiac health.

I then expanded my services to dialysis centers within the Texas panhandle to provide counseling to those with End-stage Renal Disease on dialysis. I continue this work along with my private practice via Fay, assistance in weight-loss studies, and nutrition services provided to local long-term care clinics. I have assisted those outside of this area in sports/performance nutrition as well.

My passion lies in unlocking others potential through the power of nutrition and exercise.

My wife is also a Registered Dietitian, so my ideas and practices are filtered through the solicited (or unsolicited) knowledge of her own experiences. We have 3 amazing children and are always looking for ways to serve others! I would love for the chance to serve you.
