Background
I have been a Dietitian for 22 years, working in a variety of settings including outpatient counseling, acute (hospital ICU), long-term care and dialysis. These experiences have provided me the opportunity to increase my knowledge of a variety of disease states and the subsequent nutritional adjustments that are required. I am excited to use this experience to help you reach your goals.
I will go at whatever pace is comfortable for you, taking my time and answering any questions you may have. I will explain how certain dietary adjustments will impact your health.
On a personal note, my wife and I both practice healthier eating habits and apply them to our children's diets as well.
