About Me:

With a bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University and years of experience working with clients from all walks of life, I've seen firsthand the power of proper nutrition to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Many of my clients have either brought their A1c down by up to 6%, found relief from celiac disease symptoms, and/or experienced desired fat-loss. 

When I’m not working with my clients, I’m at the grocery store perusing the aisles, in the kitchen developing recipes, or spending time with my toddler. My passion for cooking allows me to share easy and delicious meal ideas with my clients to enable them to follow through with their nutrition-related goals. Having personally overcome disordered eating patterns and the overwhelm that accompanies nutrition-related changes, I understand many of the struggles you may face and am committed to creating a supportive environment to help you achieve your goals.
