A little about me... I am a born and raised Arizona girl who loves the heat and sunshine! I love to cook and concoct new recipes. Although I didn't play "sports" growing up, I fell in love with weight lifting in college and enjoy all forms of outside movement (hiking, running, rollerskating). I built my coaching business to help others based on my own struggles with nutrition...In college, I struggled with weight gain, low self confidence, and disordered eating. I tried all sorts of quick fixes, sketchy "fat burning" supplements, and lots of cardio to try to lose weight. After I changed my major to nutrition and started applying what I learned about nutritional science and metabolism to fuel MY body, everything fell into place: my body composition changed, I healed my relationship with food, and finally felt comfortable in my own body!
I am so grateful to have found my passion for helping my clients learn how to lose weight without crazy, restrictive diets or giving up their favorite foods and I am thrilled that you are here to help you achieve the same things!
