Background
I obtained my dual undergraduate degrees in 2007 from Point Loma Nazarene University, in San Diego, majoring in Nutrition and Kinesiology. I went on to obtain my Masters in Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado. My education and work experiences have laid a solid foundation, as I've spent the last 15 years in the wellness industry. In addition to my education, being a mom to five kiddos has given me new perspective and inspiration.
